History of the center

The Non-Governmental Research Center for Gene Therapy and Regenerative Medicine was launched on the 20th of July 1400 in Nesl Omid Medical Institute with the approval of the Development Council of Medical Sciences Universities of the country. With its long-term experience in various fields of biochemical genetics, the presence of researchers, having sufficient space, having effective and efficient hardware and software infrastructures (including the presence of NGS devices and NIPT and exome services for the first time in Iran), this center can play a very important role. and useful to play a role in the effective application of these technologies in order to provide services throughout the country.
